Description

Following the conquest of Constantinople, Sultan Mehmed worked to rebuild the city as a Muslim-Turkish homeland, uncovering and thwarting a major assassination plot while executing Prince Orhan, a longstanding threat to the Ottoman Empire. Determined to leave an Ottoman legacy, he initiated sweeping reforms, reshaped the administration, and commenced the construction of the Fatih Mosque, though an incident at the site deeply impacted him. Amidst these changes, a secret organization led by Plethon and Notaras began plotting, exploiting weaknesses to advance their ruthless goals, creating new challenges for Sultan Mehmed as he pursued his vision for the empire's future.
